My name is Brenda, I am 40 years old and I have 4 children, they all are grown. I been a single parent as long as I know, I also have two grandchildren. I have fun with them. My oldest  is 23 and my youngest is 18. Been through alot but I can say I did make it through.

I have not worked in two years and yes I have been looking for work, could'nt find anything. So I told myself to go and get my ged, cause I dont have an high school diploma. I needed a education, so I had to make up my mind and do what I had to do, for me. I just thank God, He has been there for me all the way. I just love to help people, I do believe that is my calling. Helping so much I forget what I need and wants.

Found out that I have diabetes right after chritmas last year, was something that I was not ready for. I filled out the papers for disability and was denied. I also signed up for medicaid was denied also.

Hi I am in need of help with rent and bills. i have a 2 baby girls and cant not find a job. my husband is the only one working and that is not enough to keep us going. If anyone is out there that is generous to help out that would be greatly appreciated.I dont anyone to turn to. i was a foster kid growing up and refuse to talk to my family under the circumstances. My Mother is deceased and my father is incarserated. 

would never ask for help but in the beginning of October I slipped and fell and broke my wrist in two places now my work says I am a liability right now and cannot work until I am healed, but they can't guarantee they can hold my job for me. (I worked at the el pueblo boys and girls ranch as direct care staff) then a week later i get in a car accident, on that same day my other car went out. We then buy a truck with the last of our money and it broke down a week later. I was going to ask for prayers and see if you have any assistance for christmas and thanksgiving. We live so far out of town I haven't been able to apply anywhere. We live in meadowbrook and have no vehicle and my inlaws are so broke they cant help us at the moment they are scrounging even for gas right now. If you don't have assistance available would you  know of someone else. I am trying to apply for foodstamps but I cant get get the paperwork I need to complete that with no vehicle. The insurance is covering our accident but they are giving the money to bennet brothers where we purchased our vehicle and we still have to pay them 3200.00 after the insurance money. I hate asking for help but I have come between a rock and a hard place.

6yrs ago I was working two jobs to take care of me and my three children and pay bills. Well on that 6th year I took ill march of 2002. I have not worked since then in 6 years. I have been trying to get disability for six years now and they tell me even though I am disable it not enough sickness for them to give me money. I am a single mother and my kids pray along with me that I get better because days I can not get out of bed and I take strong pain medication some times it work and some times it do no. All my bills are behind and The home I live in needs repairs done and it is a three bed room it is small for my kids and I. We only have two closets and my boys share a small room and my roof leaks the windows have plastic over them because I can not afford to fix them. The program to help  pay the light bill only takes the first ten callers to help so I never make it in time. I have never done this before but I believe in God and he says " YOU HAVE NOT BECAUSE I ASK NOT" so when i came across this site I am praying to got that some one can help. So I;m asking for help. If you can not help thanks alot for listening and may God bless eveyone that helps and everyone who is in need as I am. I am in $20,000 or more but will be thankful for any thing for my kids and I.

HELLO I M RANDOLPH HONESTY I GOT FIRER FROM MY JOB ON JULY 30,2007 BECUASE SOME ONE ESLE DID SOMETHING THAT HE WAS NOT ORDER TO DO. SO THE OWNER TOOK IT OUT ME , AN MADE IT HARD FOR ME TO GET UNEMPOLYMENT BENFITS . IT ALL COME DOWN THAT I HAVE TO GO FACE TO FACE HEARING ON SEPT 20 ,2007 AT 11:30AM IT 15 DAYS FOR RENT TIME AN I DO NOT KNOW FOR SURE IF I M GOING TO WIN OR NOT AN AFTER FIRDAY MY PHONE WILL SHUT DOWN WITH $125.00 NEED TO BE PAY FIRDAY..
